Sunset Beach is an up-market residential area, located 10 minutes driving, on the R27, from the city centre. It is next to the Milnerton golf course, has a nice square with Woolworth supermarket, bottle store, restaurant and video shop. Sunset Beach is the only suburb in Cape Town where you don't need to cross a main road to go to the beach, from which you can admire the most beautiful view of Table Mountain. Sunset Beach is also a famous windsurfing and kite surfing paradise when the southeaster blow. In Cape Town with a nice road system, the most tourist attraction are not more then 20 minutes driving, exception made of Cape Point that can take up to one hour.

| Notes: | I think the biggest advantage of renting these apartment is that I also leave in the residence and I'm always available for tip and advise on the place to visit, on the different things to do in Cape Town and to suggest a nice restaurant where to spend a nice evening. I'm far enough to give you your privacy but I'm there when you need me. Let's not forget to mention my weekly barbecue with at the end home made limoncello. |
